Returns & Exchanges

At Hello Sunflower, we want you to love your new style, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package With Care

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
